Only Authorized Issuing Offices of Participating Title Insurers can use the system, which means licensed agents and direct offices.

Underwriters will be permitted to load old, previously-issued policies under relaxed format rules in order to build the pool.

You can access the pool only if you have a pending order for service.

You can access only properties within your authorized policy-issuing area.

You can use a downloaded policy only to help write new coverage.

The download fees are divided equally between the office that posted the policy and the underwriter that insured it.
— So certain companies will make a lot of money off downloaded policies.

If your office posted the policy in the first place, you may download a copy for a nominal fee.

Special rules apply to high-liability policies.
