FeeSimpleHosting is an initiative for the title insurance industry, designed to help its companies, both agent and underwriter, become more efficient, more modern, more automated, and less expensive to operate.

But others have an interest in the quality, cost, and efficiency of title insurance as well.  Although no lawmaker or regulator has yet contacted the FSH Working Group, one would expect at some point they shall. 

In addition, title insurance is a valuable resource and a significant cost to real estate buyers and borrowers, so universal file sharing can be expected to be interesting to consumers and their representatives as well.
